The problem

If it is repetitive, it should not need you.

Every manual step is a place a lead goes cold or a job gets dropped. Copying details between apps, chasing no-shows, answering the same inquiry at 9pm. That work does not need a person. It needs a system.

We take those tasks off your plate and make them run on their own, reliably, in the background. Not a fragile demo that breaks the first odd day. A real workflow with error handling and monitoring, built to stay alive tomorrow.

What we build

Automations that do the work you keep doing by hand

Each one targets a single outcome. Try any of them right here, then we start with the one costing you the most.

  • Catch every lead instantly

A new lead fills your form or ad and gets an automated text or email within minutes, logged automatically. No inquiry sits unanswered.

    Texts & emails itself
  • Know who to call first

Inbound leads are scored Hot, Warm, or Cold the moment they arrive, so your time goes to the ones ready to buy.

    Sorts leads for you
  • Fill your calendar without the back-and-forth

Customers book by scanning a QR code. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, so no-shows drop and you stop re-entering data.

    Books straight to your calendar
  • Connect the tools you already use

A custom workflow moves data between your apps end to end. The everyday busywork between systems runs hands-off, with zero manual steps.

    Works with what you have
  • See it before it breaks

A dashboard showing every automation's health, success rate, and ROI, with an alert before a customer ever notices something is off.

    Watched around the clock
  • Find what is costing you

An audit of your current automations with a written, ranked-by-impact fix plan, so you know what is broken and what to fix first.

    Plain-English report
How it works

Three steps, then it is off your plate

  1. 01

    We talk

A short, free call to find the one process costing you the most time or the most leads. No pitch deck. We just figure out what is worth building first.

  2. 02

    We build it

You get a working automation wired to your real tools and tested in the real world, not just in a demo. Most first builds ship in a week or two.

  3. 03

    It runs

Hands-off from there. Monitoring and alerts keep it alive, we are on it if anything moves, and we add the next automation when you are ready.

Recent work

Built, working, and honest about what is a demo

A few of these are concept demos on sample data, built to show how the system feels. They are labeled as such.

Most recent client: a medical clinic. Meta lead form to instant SMS follow-up, fully automated.

Client work
Who you work with

Carson and Orion.

We build automations that catch a lead the moment it lands, kill the manual data entry that eats your week, and follow up before a competitor does, backed by a sales and CRM background across service businesses. We have sat in the seat where the lead goes cold and the follow-up never happens. So we build for the outcome, not the demo.

You work with us directly, start to finish. No account managers, no handoffs.

Questions

The things people ask before the call

What if I'm not technical at all?

Perfect. That's exactly who we build for. We speak business owner, not developer. You keep using your tools the way you do now; the automation runs underneath, and we handle the build, the wiring, and the upkeep.

Do you build the automations for me?

Yes, that's the whole service. We build it, test it, and keep it running. You never touch the plumbing.

Should I just build this myself in Zapier?

Sometimes, yes. If it is two or three steps with no branching logic, build it yourself and keep the money. The threshold is maintenance: automations break when a tool renames a field or changes how it connects, and do-it-yourself builds usually die there because nobody owns them. We are worth hiring when it has to keep working.

What tools do you build on, n8n or Zapier or Make?

Mostly n8n, plus whatever your stack already requires. The tool matters less than the question the comparison articles skip: who maintains this in month seven. We choose for what stays fixable after handoff, not for the cheapest advertised plan, and you are never locked into something you cannot leave.

Will this work with the software I already use?

Usually. We build around your tools instead of replacing them, and most systems have a way in. If yours genuinely does not, we will say so on the call rather than quote around it. Bring the names of what you use and we will check before anything gets scoped.

How long does it take?

Most first builds ship in a week or two. The discovery call scopes it precisely, and you know the timeline before any work starts.

What does it cost?

Projects are scoped on the call once we know the work. Most start around a one-time build plus a small monthly to keep it monitored and running. You get a clear number before you commit to anything.

What if I've tried automation before and it didn't work?

Most automation fails because it automates a broken process. We fix the workflow first, then automate it. The goal isn't making a bad process faster, it's making it better.

How is this different from watching YouTube tutorials?

Tutorials give generic advice for generic businesses, and the building is still on you. We build around your workflows, your tools, and your bottlenecks, so you get a working system, not a to-do list.

My website looks fine but does not bring in leads. What do I actually need?

Probably not a redesign. A site that looks good and does nothing is still a brochure. What moves the number is what happens after someone lands: how fast you respond, whether booking takes one tap, and whether follow-up happens without you remembering. We build that layer onto the site you already have.

What industries do you work with?

Medical clinics, sales teams, and local service businesses so far. The work is the same anywhere. If your business has tasks that follow rules and eat hours by hand, it applies.

Can an AI receptionist replace my front desk?

No, and anyone selling you that is overselling it. What it handles well is the repetitive front half: answering the same questions, taking details, booking a slot, following up when nobody picks up. Anything needing judgment about a specific person still needs a person. We build for that handoff rather than around it.

Are automated text appointment reminders HIPAA compliant?

HIPAA permits them with patient consent and no clinical detail in the message. That is rarely what stops a clinic, though. Carrier registration is: US carriers require A2P 10DLC approval before business texts deliver reliably, which is why reminders often send but never arrive. Check whether your current system already covers this before buying anything new.

What results can I realistically expect?

It depends on what we automate, so we scope that on the call. Most first builds hand back hours every week from one repetitive task, and you know the expected outcome, and the cost, before anything is built.

What if it breaks?

Monitoring and alerts are built into every automation, so problems surface before your customers see them. A monthly plan keeps us on it and covers small changes.
